What's New in Version 4.13?


With each new version of the Dashboard software it gets better and more feature rich, and version 4.13 is no exception! This list highlights some of the changes. For a full list of release notes please see the release notes page.

Project Cars 2
The Z1 Dashboard software is now compatible with Project Cars 2. You can now get all the benefits of the Z1 software when racing in this fantastic simulation. With over 100 dashboards available, and help with race strategy, fueling, opponent positions, and telemetry the Z1 is a must have for the serious Project Cars 2 sim racer!

Track Map in the Garage
There is now an option to view the track map when in the garage screens. Display the drop down menu to see this new option. This allows you to easily see where everyone is on track when you are not in the car.

Track Maps and Your Tracked Drivers
There is now an option to circle the cars driven by drivers who are on your tracked driver list when they are displayed on the track map. This feature can be turned on or off in the Tracked tab of the settings dialog. The color used to circle the cars is the currently selected highlight color.

Updated Graphics & Shadows
Many dashboards have been updated with improved graphics, or have been completely redone. These include the Z1 Dash 1, RUF 8,000 RPM, RUF 9,000 RPM, RUF RT 12, RUF RT 12 10,000 RPM, F1 1980s Dash, Lotus Elise SC Dash, Skip Barber Dash, Spec Racer Ford Dash and Lotus 79 Dash.

In addition several of the analogue dashboards will now display shadows on the needles and dials where appropriate. This feature can be turned off in the Display tab of the settings dialog by setting Shadows to off. Dashboards with shadows are: RUF 8,000 RPM, RUF 9,000 RPM, RUF RT 12, RUF RT 12 10,000 RPM, IMSA Dash 1, IMSA Dash 2, Lotus 49 Dash, F1 1980s Dash, Lotus Elise SC Dash, Skip Barber Dash, Spec Racer Ford Dash and Lotus 79 Dash.

New Dashboards
Seven new dashboard are available. These include a new stock car dashboard, a new LMP1 Porsche 919 dashboard, and a new F1 dashboard which displays the amount od ERS available for the rest of the lap as well as the total ERS charge.

There are also four new dashboards which are variants of existing ones. These are the Legends Ford B, SK Modified B, Monte Carlo SS B, and Silverado B. These dashboards replace the fuel pressure gauge with a new fuel level gauge. These are the perfect dashboards for those drivers who want an analogue display of the amount of fuel remaining.
